Job Summary

A recruiting services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Strategy and Operations Intern.

Must be able to:

  • Develop reporting (through Tableau) on leading and lagging indicators
  • Identify and implement best practices for Territory Management
  • Facilitate successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in operations for sales or field operations, consulting, or investment banking
  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience managing timelines with cross-functional partners
  • Experience with reporting and analytics, headcount planning, sales coverage models
  • Experience with quota management and territory alignment
  • Strong Excel skills, solid understanding of Salesforce for reporting
