Job Summary
A recruiting services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Strategy and Operations Intern.
Must be able to:
- Develop reporting (through Tableau) on leading and lagging indicators
- Identify and implement best practices for Territory Management
- Facilitate successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in operations for sales or field operations, consulting, or investment banking
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Experience managing timelines with cross-functional partners
- Experience with reporting and analytics, headcount planning, sales coverage models
- Experience with quota management and territory alignment
- Strong Excel skills, solid understanding of Salesforce for reporting
