Job Summary

A computer software developer is filling a position for a Remote Sales Strategy and Operations Manager in Redwood City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Drive new program initiatives interfacing with key functions to introduce new programs and ensure adoption across the organization
• Drive operational efficiency by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale
• Participate in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing Sales productivity

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales Finance / Sales Operations
• Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards and data
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and come up with creative solutions
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
