Job Summary

A real estate company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Strategy and Operations Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Helping the CRO and SVP of Sales define and execute strategies to grow revenue
  • Defining account segmentation, sales coverage models, sales capacity and compensation models
  • Define the reporting and operating cadence for the sales organization and overseeing the development of processes that improve the efficacy of the sales process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to heavily support deal inspection and execution
  • Ability to define market competitive pricing strategies
  • Ability to develop sales processes
