Job Summary

An energy company has an open position for a Remote Sales Success Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of account managers and training staff to grow and accelerate a pipeline of clean projects
  • Assist with forecast and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where required
  • Maximize dealer program effectiveness through meaningful metrics

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the residential solar industry and 3 years in a management capacity
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience
  • Proven solid and verifiable track record of overachievement
  • Proven record of successfully growing sales
  • Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
  • Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment
