Job Summary
A graphics communication company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Process and enter customer orders in our computer system
- Provide price quotations for customers and sales reps
- Provide product training
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in the field of print, particularly in stationary products like business cards, letterhead, note cards
- Experience working with SalesForce
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior customer service experience
