Job Summary
A hospitality industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Talent Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with hiring managers and TA Partners to determine position requirements
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have previous experience in recruitment or sourcing
- Must have a demonstrable track record to screen, assess and interview candidates
- Must be a superb communicator who can establish relationships quickly
- Must have a highly organized and structured approach to work
