Remote Sales Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance the performance of the Remote Sales organization, the full-time Remote Sales Trainer will develop and facilitate engaging training programs, support onboarding initiatives, and create effective training materials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual training sessions for onboarding, sales processes, and ongoing development focused on improving sales effectiveness
• Design and develop scalable training content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational processes
• Analyze training effectiveness and sales performance trends to identify areas for improvement and reinforce accountability through coaching

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of high-performing sales experience and/or direct sales training experience
• Experience supporting remote or virtual sales teams
• Strong skills in developing training materials and facilitating presentations
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
