Job Summary
A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being the subject matter expert on our sales process and methodology
- Delivering feedback to CX & CS employees to make the teams more effective
- Creating and administering engaging training by partnering closely with cross-functional teams throughout the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience working in a Sales Enablement and/or Training role
- Organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Superior presentation skills and experience
- Experience with building training evaluations and models for new employees
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and a constantly changing and evolving environment
