Job Summary
A company offering services to seniors is filling a position for a Remote Sales Trainer and Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying areas of opportunity, metrics, and behaviors to coach and monitor the sales team
- Assisting sales management with driving adoption of processes
- Owning the conversational intelligence tool and enablement strategies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 3 years successful sales training experience
- Ability to coach; adapt and change as needed
- Strong analytical capability with respect to deal profitability and problem solving
- Previous experience using conversational intelligence tools and applying to sales training
- Experience using HubSpot/Salesforce/CRM and Google Apps
- Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction
