Job Summary

A retail company has an open position for a Remote Sales Trainer in Bryan.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Developing and conducting virtual new hire onboarding training
• Designing and developing training materials
• Identifying training needs, training Virtual Sales & Service staff

Position Requirements Include:

• At least 2 years prior experience as a sales trainer in a classroom setting
• Proven ability to create training materials using basic instructional design methods
• Experience coaching and training sales teams, proven ability to meet sales metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
