Job Summary
A travel company has a current position open for a Remote Sales Training and Development Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage the partnership with third party vendors
- Develop and oversee training calendar and course syllabus
- Create supplemental materials
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Meeting and event planning for 2-3 onsite training sessions
- 5+ years’ experience in outside or inside sales with demonstrated sales training facilitation skills
- 3+ years demonstrated experience with solving complex business problems
- Mastery in all Microsoft Office products, Citrix Go To products and Zoom
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail
