Job Summary

A human resources service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Training and Development Manager.

Must be able to:

• Lead a sales training team to design a robust learning and development strategy
• Deliver highly effective, iterative, asynchronous and synchronous sales learning solutions
• Identify and address knowledge and skill gaps

Qualifications Include:

• Significant experience leading a global Sales training team, ideally in a start-up
• Familiarity with agile and lean principles, including SAM
• Knowledge of sales-centered design and learning and development practices
• Excellent planning, change management, and cultural awareness skills
