A healthcare software development company is in need of a Remote Sales Training and Enablement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collecting and organizing all content, tools, knowledge and information the sales team needs
  • Assembling, coordinating and largely conducting a training program
  • Identifying gaps/areas where our team needs more knowledge

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Be effective and comfortable teaching 1:1 or presenting to larger groups
  • Ability to give advice, instructions, and feedback
  • Ability to measure and understand results and impact of your work
  • Ability to identify gaps and action plans
