A metalworking and maintenance supply company is seeking a Remote Sales Training Instructional Designer in Davidson.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning the training development process
- Serving as project manager on course development
- Analyzing training needs and designing learning products in multiple formats
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Minimum of three years of Instructional Design
- Some training experience
- Knowledge of Instructional Design methodologies
- Experience in rapid e-learning authoring and multimedia development tools
- BS degree or the equivalent work experience
