Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Training Strategist .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Helping to create a training strategy for the Sales team
• Creating a training proposal that is simple, clear and authentic

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience in L&D, Training, or related field
• Experience creating sales training
• Experience with Microsoft Office, mainly Word and PowerPoint
• LMS experience
• Experience with authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate, InDesign, etc
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
