Job Summary

An environmental organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the team to achieve your numbers
  • Owning other sales performance KPIs pursuant to company revenue targets
  • Running tests and learning from them in an organized, data-driven manner

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience managing and overseeing a sales team in high-growth, venture-backed Series A and B companies
  • Self-motivated & passionate with ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proactive, never-give-up attitude in the face of adversity and ambiguous situations
  • Excellent work habits and organizational skills
  • Clear verbal and written communicator, with consistent and transparent decision making
  • Experience coaching and training account executives to top performance
