A staffing and recruitment agency has a current position open for a Remote Sales Vice President in Hazleton .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directs the implementation and execution of rigorous sales policies and practices
- Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 4 year degree: MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of demonstrated leadership and vision in managing sales teams for a major multi-site services or related company
- Must have a strong background in services-selling and in winning business with State & Local government
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and to drive the business with a high sense of urgency
