Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Salesforce Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing Salesforce support queue
- Managing user provisioning for employees and Community Users
- Mentoring junior administrators and delegating work where appropriate
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years experience administering and configuring at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
- Familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Trailhead Expeditioner or better
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience implementing and managing third-party applications
- Thorough understanding of the SF licensing structure
