Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is filling a position for a Remote Salesforce Administrator in Bloomington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for managing a key system application for their assigned department
  • Responsible for working with various business users to develop and configure workflow processes, design and build reports, maintain user accounts, and modify forms
  • Responsible for working closely with the IT Security and Application Management groups

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study
  • OR equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 2 years of combined experience working within a multi-user system, including administration & developing requirements
  • 2 years of combined experience conducting analysis, supporting implementations and user adoption, improving and designing workflows, and fulfilling reporting requirements
  • Relational database management experience (Access, Oracle, etc)
  • Experience in health care, insurance, pharmaceutical, Pharmacy Benefit Management field
