Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company is filling a position for a Remote Salesforce Administrator in Bloomington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for managing a key system application for their assigned department
- Responsible for working with various business users to develop and configure workflow processes, design and build reports, maintain user accounts, and modify forms
- Responsible for working closely with the IT Security and Application Management groups
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study
- OR equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 2 years of combined experience working within a multi-user system, including administration & developing requirements
- 2 years of combined experience conducting analysis, supporting implementations and user adoption, improving and designing workflows, and fulfilling reporting requirements
- Relational database management experience (Access, Oracle, etc)
- Experience in health care, insurance, pharmaceutical, Pharmacy Benefit Management field
