Job Summary
A networking solutions company has an open position for a Remote Salesforce Administrator in Boise.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Translate needs into technical solutions
- Define stakeholders needs and identify root causes for existing issues
- Provide advice and guidance to less experienced team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Self-motivated and able to work both with the team and independently from a remote location
- Deep understanding of general CRM architecture as well as Salesforce process defaults and data structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- integrated applications such as Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, and Marketo
- Strong understanding of MS applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
