Remote Salesforce Administrator Lead

Job Summary

A product development services company is in need of a Remote Salesforce Administrator Lead .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coordinating enablement stack across Salesforce, Gong, Hightouch, Calendly and other tooling to optimize efficiency and data visibility
• Facilitating the efficient use of Salesforce across our teams by creating new fields and workflows
• Working cross-functionally across multiple teams at Headway to define, prioritize, plan, and execute complex Salesforce projects

Required Skills:

• Experience taking Salesforce projects from vision to reality in partnership with cross-functional teams and third-party products and consultants
• Deeply understanding operational workflows and enjoy creating elegant solutions to complicated problems
• You love making the right tradeoff between speed and scalability in order to best empower the teams you work with
• Energized by working in a fast-paced startup environment
