Remote Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Salesforce Business Analyst to join a large enterprise program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions and automate business processes
• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams
• Perform fit-gap analysis and develop user stories to support Salesforce solution design

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years capturing requirements and writing in Gherkin method
• 3+ years writing user stories in Agile environments
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
