Key Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions and automate business processes
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, translating technical requirements
• Perform fit-gap analysis and develop user stories to support Salesforce solution design

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience writing user stories in Agile environments
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionalities
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
