Remote Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Salesforce Business Analyst, the successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and create documentation to support both business and IT activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Design Salesforce solutions and automate business processes while refining complex data models
• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams, translating technical requirements into actionable plans
• Develop user stories and process flows, participate in customer meetings, and mentor other Business Analysts

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing in Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience writing user stories in Agile environments
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, Tableau CRM)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
