Remote Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and create system documentation to support business and IT activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Design Salesforce solutions and automate business processes while performing fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements
- Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams, translating technical requirements into executable plans
- Develop user stories and process flows, prioritize backlog with stakeholders, and prepare technical reports and documentation for leadership
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
- 5+ years capturing requirements and writing in Gherkin method
- 3+ years writing user stories in Agile environments
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, Tableau CRM)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
