Job Summary

A financial service company has a current position open for a Remote Salesforce Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing relationships with internal business stakeholders
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, systems and user needs
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards within Salesforce based on the needs of the business

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of project techniques and practices
  • Must have at 1 year of salesforce.com administrative and support experience
  • Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations
  • Working knowledge of business processes and systems, programming and systems analysis procedures
  • Knowledge of configuration management and change management
  • Requires a Bachelor's finance, technology or a related field and 2+ yrs business analyst experience
