Job Summary

A company providing enterprise software support and services has a current position open for a Remote Salesforce Business Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing business processes and requirements
  • Coordinating with business partners and stakeholders to execute cross-functional programs
  • Tracking, managing and resolving daily support requests

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 - 7 Years of experience as SFDC Business Analyst in implementation and platform support
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivelant experience.
  • Skilled in developing plans to address pronounced risk / weakness
  • Expert or advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Must have a strong technical aptitude or background
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining business processes and workflows
