Job Summary
A technology manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Salesforce Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Investigating data quality issues in Salesforce and across connected applications
- Leveraging your Salesforce knowledge to adequately train employees on how to use Salesforce
- Building and maintaining Dashboard and Reports with consideration of Salesforce data sharing model
Position Requirements Include:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Strong experience working with Service Cloud including Entitlements and Milestones
- Exemplary communication and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of SOQL and Salesforce Metadata
- Experience with Sandboxes, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard and Change Sets
- High-Level understanding of the Salesforce deployment processes and environment management
