Job Summary

A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as a liaison between business departments, technology teams, and quality assurance team
  • Coordinating and fostering consensus among multi-component teams in the development of technology projects
  • Articulating the technology and functionality available in the Salesforce

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce implementation efforts following a standard software development lifecycle approach
  • Detail oriented with analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and organization skills
  • Become a subject matter expert on the features and capabilities of SFDC and installed apps
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
