Job Summary
A healthcare software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Support all aspects of Salesforce user and license management
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes
- Support specific feature configuration and ongoing maintenance of: Service Cloud Omni-Channel
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or a combination of education and experience in this field
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- Working in a hyper-growth environment; flexibility with requirements and works well with ambiguity
- Expert knowledge of Dataloader, Workbench, or other data loading tools
- Understanding of DevOps environment, including deployment tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
