Job Summary
A policyholder-owned insurance firm has a current position open for a Remote Salesforce Configuration Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the requirements through their full lifecycle
- Taking the lead in eliciting, identifying, and evaluating business and system requirements
- Defining and documenting clear and concise requirements that describe business scenarios and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of property and casualty insurance work experience
- Experience with Salesforce service cloud and sales cloud
- Solid experience leading personal lines IT property and casualty insurance projects
- Experience working with platforms such as Marketo, Five9
- Bachelor's degree required
- A good understanding of emerging technology space to improve customer satisfaction and reduce friction
