Job Summary
A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Salesforce CRM Lead Business Analyst in New Britain.
Must be able to:
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses
- Work closely with business users to define and analyze problems
- Define project requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com platform, including add-on features and third-party apps
- Broad knowledge of integrated technologies and sales enablement solutions in the CRM/Digital ecosystem
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or others
- Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business priorities
