A media, digital, and communications services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Salesforce CX Business Analysis Manager in Overland Park.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing leadership within the Salesforce CX practice
- Leading scoping and estimation efforts
- Acting as an escalation point for client situations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working in a professional services organization
- 5 + years experience implementing and configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce core platform
