Job Summary

A leading insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Salesforce Email Marketing Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Design customer communication journeys across multiple channels
• Serve as the voice of the customer with other business partners
• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of customer communication or UX experience
• Experience working in ExactTarget or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products
• Prior experience in project/program management
