Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Salesforce FSL Consultant in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting various clients concurrently with aggressive timelines to achieve objectives
- Supervising complex Salesforce Field Service Lightning implementations
- Working with the technical developers on potential customizations to the product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Knowledge of implementation standards and technology practices
- 1+ year Field Service Lightning experience
- Salesforce FSL experience configuring the dispatcher console, routing automation, etc
- Must have excellent communication/client-facing skills
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office and using various software packages
