Job Summary

A consulting firm is in need of a Remote Salesforce Higher Education Managed Services Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers by answering questions, troubleshooting, and providing technical support
  • Managing configurations and the deployment of solutions
  • Leading live monthly training sessions on a variety of Salesforce topics

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Associate's Degree
  • Experience with a variety of third-party AppExchange apps such as Conga
  • Strong experience in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and understand requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
