Remote Salesforce Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

An insurance and finance company has an open position for a Remote Salesforce Marketing Operations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with building governance and process policies within the technologies
• Help design and implement processes and training materials to effectively use marketing technology
• Provide ongoing support and consultation in the use of marketing technologies

Qualifications for this position include:

• Strong knowledge of analytic lifecycle, business intelligence, database warehousing applications, structured query language, and qualitative/quantitative research methodologies
• Typically, five or more years related experience with analytic techniques, statistical methodologies, statistical software and data analysis
• Experience with problem solving in a business environment; working with large customer and/or prospect databases
• Proficiency in developing ad hoc queries using SQL
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comprehension of Agile methodology framework
