A security technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Salesforce Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the team of Salesforce analysts for all assigned CRM-related tasks
- Defining and prioritizing projects to streamline processes and deliver improved results
- Ensuring changes in business processes are communicated to the team
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce experience
- Minimum 2 years of Business Operations management experience
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communications
