An insurance company is in need of a Remote Salesforce Product Owner Team Lead Director in Hartford.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Defining, prioritizing and ensuring a ready backlog of work for a cross-functional product team
• Working with stakeholders and Business Owners to understand and set priorities, gather, understand and define requirements
• Developing solutions by defining process flows and understanding Salesforce system capabilities

Qualifications Include:

• Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams required
• Three years of work experience in related field required
• 2+ years of Agile experience
• 3-5 years of Salesforce experience
