Job Summary

An financial institution has a current position open for a Remote Salesforce Release Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the release plan and execution processes to drive the on-time delivery of platform releases
  • Define and implement a standardized deployment process that delivers patches
  • Communicate release plan and status to stakeholders and escalates issues as required

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years of direct work-related experience
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Flosum and GitLab
  • Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem solving
  • Experience with using tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Experience managing deployments across a heterogenous datacenter, cloud, and SaaS environments
