Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Remote Salesforce Senior Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing solutions and being responsible for developing an implementation plan
- Producing detailed business cases, process diagrams, wireframes, and other context diagrams
- Discovering customer's current pain points, and uncovering gaps in process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office and able to travel up to 25%
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin or Developer
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant
