Job Summary

A financial company specializing in tax preparation software and services is in need of a Remote Salesforce Senior Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Develop test plans and QA activities
• Review design documentation with users and developers
• Coordinate pilot and rollout planning, user enhancement requests and defect tracking for large scope projects

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business management, systems development or related area or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.
• Knowledge of the systems development life cycle.
• Technical expertise in database design.
• Five to seven years experience as a business analyst and/or project manager in an information technology environment.
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
