Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Salesforce Senior Systems Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Gather and understand stakeholder business needs
- Represent business stakeholders in the planning and analysis of solutions to meet business needs
- Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of experience in translating business needs into effective software solutions
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, working in an Agile software delivery model
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
- Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
