Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping define architecture and design criteria to be applied across all implementations
- Using agile techniques to plan and implement system modifications
- Communicating to both technical and non-technical audiences
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline
- 3-5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience with Lightning UI and Lightning Service Console configuration
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions under pressure
- Experience implementing Salesforce managed package products to extend Salesforce core functionality
