Job Summary

A translation and interpretation company has an open position for a Remote Salesforce Support Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the second system administrator
  • Support basic administrative functions
  • Complete regular internal system audits

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role
  • Proven ability to implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Understanding of Lightning platform, field data types, and object relationships
  • Ability to perform Salesforce Sandbox skills assessment and review
  • Comfortable creating custom objects, custom fields, formula fields, validation rules,
  • Strong data management abilities, solid understanding of de-duping, bulk data updating
