Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Salesforce Support Engineer II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing L2/L3 production support to the Salesforce platform
  • Serving as an escalation point for internal customer support and product teams
  • Performing root cause analysis to resolve customer escalated technically complex issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Community Support
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, SOQL, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Lightning component
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Flosum or GearSet
  • Experience with databases and basic SQL skills
  • Experience multiple software development methodologies/lifecycles
