Job Summary
A network of companies providing audit, tax and advisory services is filling a position for a Remote Salesforce Technical Product Manager Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving innovation use of Salesforce as a productivity tool and business platform; will be accountable for the SFDC platform solution roadmap
- Partnering with stakeholders and project team to validate requirements; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on Salesforce.com new features and products
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; SFDC Certification is required
- Minimum eight years of experience in agile delivery methodology implementing Salesforce.com solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein and/or Quip)
- Experience documenting, analyzing processes, procedures and policies
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team
- Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
