A software development company has an open position for a Remote Salesforce Tier 2 Escalation Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling escalations from Tier 1 Support Engineers
- Debugging complex issues
- Performing basic configuration changes in Salesforce
