Job Summary
A consulting and development agency is seeking a Remote Salesforce Training Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Review open items for assigned accounts
- Own overall quality of work for their assigned accounts.
- Make sure all requests and work are properly validated
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 3+ years of Salesforce.com BA/Functional experience
- Multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven environment
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship experience
- Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and when to use OOTB functionalities
- Solid understanding of Business Requirements gathering phase and translating user stories to applicable implementation strategies
