Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Salesforce Training Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Converting existing program training decks to SF knowledge management system
  • Assessing, making recommendations and implementing approved changes to current training content
  • Developing a staff survey to measure the onboarding training experience

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with curating a software-based knowledge management system
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (SF) and SF Trailhead (required)
  • Experience with developing training content and measuring the effectiveness of staff adoption and uptake of content
